Projection and Display

Projection systems have advanced rapidly over the past five years. Until recently an image intensity of 1,000 lumens was considered bright. With today’s technology 3,000 lumens is common and single projectors with a light output of 15,000 lumens are available.

The P.A. People have significant experience in the provision of all elements of projection systems including screens and projectors. The P.A. People have designed, supplied and installed some of Australia’s largest rear screen projection systems (two 180” solid screens and mirror kits for the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre).

We bring significant experience in the selection and installation of screen surfaces and the relative merits of the different projector technologyies, along with the integration of these systems with other services.

Projectors
Our current range of projectors from JVC and NEC covers all major technologies including LCD, DLP, and D-ILA, intensities from 800 to 5,000 lumens, and resolutions up to Q-XGA (2,048 x 1,536 pixels).

Screens
We offer the best fixed, motorised and transportable screen surfaces available for both rear and front projection systems from industry leaders Screen Technics and DNP of Denmark, along with installation accessories such as mirror kits.

Plasma and CRT Monitors
The P.A. People offer a range of Plasma monitors and CRT large screen displays supplied by both
JVC and NEC.
