Introducing our new Service Logistics Coordinator, Angie!
Angie joined the PAP family four months ago and quickly settled into this challenging role. She came to us from a logistics position with Fuji Xerox which saw her responsible for over 90 techs bouncing all over the Sydney basin.
Working with The P.A. People now sees her responsible for our 6 service technicians and their busy schedules. Not surprisingly, Angie’s learning curve became near-vertical when she joined us and began to broaden her audio and AV knowledge. She has also mastered our sizeable Customer Relations Management database which digitally tracks each job from beginning to end.
Angie is now comfortable logging our customers assets, tracking their repairs, then working with our suppliers to ensure the best outcome each time. Working in this unique role alongside Bec (Service Coordinator) and Kaz (Service Manager) sees Angie take each job from the very first phone call right through until the job is completed and reported…something she really enjoys.
