The P.A. People has a long association with the various producers of the National Rugby League (and previously Super League and the Australian Rugby League).
For many years The P.A. People have been called upon to provide communications and sound systems for all major NRL and Super League events including Grand Finals, Test Matches, World Cup events and the recently instigated season opener Double Header.

| sound system (supplementing radio microphones and monitors and other audio equipment where required). Integration of radio communications, broadcasters and show callers is essential to the smooth operation of the events, for both the sport and the production.
The PA People have provided supplementary control and entertainment packages for the Bledisloe Cup at both the Sydney Football Stadium and Stadium Australia for 3 years, along with an event day radio communication system.

The duplex radio repeaters / interfaces provided allow for full coverage of Stadium Australia and the surrounding precinct for coordination of the thousands of performers involved in these events.
The 2000 event broke the world record for a Rugby Union crowd, with an attendance of 107,042. Licensed frequencies assist in ensuring that end users can expect coverage free from rogue radio users interfering with vital communications.

| Following the installation of the new sound system at the Sydney Cricket Ground in the summer of 2000-2001, The PA People have provided audio control and entertainment packages for the Sydney Swans home games. From one radio microphone through to an entertainment package for the Sydney Symphony Brass, we have provided systems that are suitable to both the venue and the clients’ needs. |
