Loose Equipment Supply and TV Control Rooms fitout.
In 1995 The P.A. People undertook to supply over $3,000,000 worth of loose equipment for the new Brisbane Convention and
Exhibition Centre.

Part of the contract involved the design and fitout of a suite of television control rooms. These were a main equipment room, a main presentation room, tape edit suite, an off line video production suite,
a 24 track audio control room and a voice over booth.

The systems included a GrassValley vision switcher, a Talai 32 x 32 four layer router, Betacam and SVHS VTR's, Matrox video editing system, six Hitachi cameras with Telemetrics coax cabling systems, Soundcraft audio consoles and Tascam multitrack digital tape machines.
The system was used in its entirety only one week after commissioning for the live broadcast of the Queensland State Election coverage.
